Service Agreement

By completing your purchase for the event ticket and hotel reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability Waiver:

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. The organizers, staff, and venue are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the event or accommodation stay.

2. Event Changes or Cancellations:

In the event of unexpected circumstances or emergencies, the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or location. If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, a refund or alternative options will be offered.

3. Behavior and Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the retreat and at the venue. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event or accommodation if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to others.

4. Accommodation Damage or Loss:

Any damage to the hotel room or property caused by the guest during their stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and they may be charged for repairs or replacements by the hotel.

5. Force Majeure:

The organizer is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Group Bookings:

For group bookings, participants should ensure all members of the group are informed about the terms and conditions.

7. Photography, Film, Livestream, and Media Release:

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or livestreamed during the retreat for promotional purposes. This may include the use of images or footage for social media, websites, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in photos, videos, or livestreams, please notify the organizer in advance.

8. Medical Considerations:

Participants are responsible for managing their own health and medical needs during the retreat. If you have any specific medical conditions or require accommodations, please inform the organizer in advance.

9. Taxes and Additional Fees:

Please note that any local taxes or other charges not included in the price of accommodation may be payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

10. Payment Terms:

You are paying for the retreat ticket at the time of booking, while the accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.

11. Refund Policy:

All retreat ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to limited availability, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, your ticket is transferable to another participant. Please make arrangements directly with the person you wish to transfer it to.

Please note: Participation in the retreat requires an active paid membership. If you are not a paying member, you are not eligible for a refund.

Enjoy a private double room while sharing a bathroom with one other room. A comfortable and budget-friendly option for two travelers.

Retreat Ticket: 800 dollar x 2
Accommodation for 2: 976 euro
Total: $1600 + €976

Note that the accommodation price is in euros.

The retreat ticket includes
- Access to all sessions with Viviane, along with audio recordings
- A trip to Lake Constance
- A guided tour of the Castle and a memorable bonfire night

Your Castle Accommodation (July 6th - July 11th) includes:
- Your private room
- ALL meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Coffee & tea
- Snacks during retreat breaks
- The medieval barbecue experience

IMPORTANT:
You’re paying for the retreat ticket now, while the accommodation will be paid directly at the hotel on arrival.

This is a members only retreat, you must be a paying (tier) member for at least 3 months.

Double rooms are only to be booked if you have a roommate. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled. We want to offer as many community members as possible the opportunity to join this retreat!

Refund Policy:
All retreat ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to the limited availability of spots, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However they can be transferred to another participant. Please make arrangements directly with the person you wish to transfer it to.
