Terms of Service and Membership Agreement

Thank you for choosing the Arcturian University. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your

use of our digital platform hosted on Kajabi, including access to live gatherings, healing sessions,

and digital content (“Services”). By purchasing a membership, single-ticket access, or enrolling in a

payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

0. Definitions

 Payment Plan: A payment option allowing the total cost of a membership or service to be

paid in installments over a specified period, as outlined at the time of purchase.

 Services: Includes access to live gatherings, healing sessions, digital content, and any

other offerings provided through the Arcturian University platform.

 Content: Videos, recordings, documents, and other materials provided through the

platform.

1. Access and Ownership

1.1. Access to Content

By purchasing a membership, single-ticket access, or enrolling in a payment plan, you are granted a

non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the digital content provided through our platform.

This license is strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

1.2. Ownership of Content

All content, including but not limited to videos, recordings, documents, and related materials

(“Content”), is owned by Infinite Healings From The Stars or its licensors. Ownership of the

Content is not transferred to you under any circumstances.

1.3. Prohibited Actions

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publicly display, create derivative works, or use the

Content in any way for AI training, data mining, or similar purposes without prior written consent

from Infinite Healings From The Stars. Unauthorized use of Content may result in termination of

access and legal action.

2. Membership Tiers and Access

2.1. Tier-Based Access

Your access to Content is determined by the membership tier, ticket purchased, or payment plan

selected. Higher-tier memberships include access to exclusive Content not available to lower-tier

members.

2.2. Downgrades

If you downgrade your membership to a lower tier, you will lose access to Content that is exclusive

to higher tiers. Access to previously available Content will not be retained unless included in thenew tier.

2.3. Upgrades

Upgrading to a higher-tier membership grants access to additional Content moving forward but

does not retroactively include Content from prior periods unless otherwise stated.

2.4. Single-Ticket Access

Single-ticket access is limited to the designated live session or event and any associated replay

made available for a specified period. The current specified period is 60 days from purchase.

Tickets do not provide ongoing access to additional Content.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions, including those under a payment plan, are billed on a recurring basis

(e.g., monthly) according to the selected plan or payment plan schedule. You may cancel your

subscription or payment plan at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial periods or

payments already made. Cancellation of a payment plan does not relieve you of the obligation to

pay the remaining balance, as outlined in Section 3A.5.

3.2. Single-Ticket Purchases

Tickets for individual classes or sessions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by

Arcturian University.

3.3. Downgrades and Upgrades

Downgrading or upgrading your membership tier or switching to or from a payment plan during a

billing period will result in adjustments to access but does not entitle you to a refund for unused

time in the current tier or payments made under a payment plan.

3.4. Automatic Renewal Notice

Membership subscriptions and payment plans are set to automatically renew at the end of each

billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription

through your account settings.

3A. Payment Plan Terms

3A.1. Payment Plan Option

Certain memberships or services may be eligible for a payment plan, allowing you to pay the total

cost in installments over a specified period ("Payment Plan"). The availability, terms, and

conditions of the Payment Plan will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3A.2. Payment Schedule

 If you select a Payment Plan, you agree to pay the specified installment amounts on theagreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly). The total cost, number of installments, and

due dates will be provided at checkout.

 Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided unless

otherwise specified.

 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each scheduled

payment.

3A.3. Access During Payment Plan

 Access to Services and Content will be granted upon the first successful payment and will

continue as long as payments are made on time and in full.

 If a payment is missed or declined, access to Services and Content may be suspended

until the outstanding balance is paid.

3A.4. Default and Consequences

 Failure to make a payment by the due date constitutes a default. In the event of default,

Arcturian University reserves the right to:

 Suspend or terminate your access to Services and Content without refund for

payments already made.

 Pursue collection of the remaining balance, including any applicable fees or costs

incurred in the collection process.

 You will be notified of a missed payment and given a grace period of 7 days to remedy

the default before further action is taken.

3A.5. Early Cancellation of Payment Plan

 If you cancel your membership or Payment Plan before completing all installments, you

remain obligated to pay the full remaining balance of the Payment Plan unless otherwise

specified at the time of purchase.

 No refunds will be issued for payments already made under the Payment Plan.

3A.6. Modification of Payment Plan Terms

 Arcturian University reserves the right to modify Payment Plan terms (e.g., installment

amounts or due dates) with prior notice. Modifications will not apply retroactively to

existing Payment Plans unless agreed upon by both parties.

4. Content Use and Restrictions

4.1. Personal Use Only

The Content is intended for personal growth, education, and spiritual exploration. You may not use

the Content for commercial purposes or distribute it to others.

4.2. Platform Use

Access to the platform is provided solely for your individual use. Sharing your account credentials

with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.4.3. Modification and Removal

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any Content at any time without prior notice.

Changes to membership tiers, payment plans, or available Content will be communicated when

significant.

4.4. Accessibility of Content Post-Cancellation

If you cancel your membership, payment plan, or downgrade your tier, you will no longer have

access to Content exclusive to your prior membership tier. Content is not downloadable or

transferable for offline use unless explicitly stated.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

5.1. User Information

We collect and use personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address,

payment details, and billing information, to provide our Services and process payments, including

those under a Payment Plan. Your payment information is securely stored and processed in

accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5.2. Third-Party Services

Payments and certain functionalities may be processed through third-party services. By using our

platform, you agree to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. Educational Purpose

Our Content and sessions are intended for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not a

substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. Always consult qualified

professionals for specific concerns.

6.2. Platform Availability

We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access to our platform and Services. However, we do

not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.

6.3. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcturian University and Infinite Healings From The

Stars are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your

use of our platform or reliance on our Content.

6.4. Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable

control, including but not limited to acts of God, technical failures, or government actions.6.5. Payment Processing

Arcturian University is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused

by third-party payment providers. You agree to resolve any payment disputes directly with the

third-party provider, subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Eligibility and Conduct

7.1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase memberships,

tickets, or enroll in a payment plan.

7.2. Behavior at Live Events and Community Space

Participants in live sessions, events, or community spaces are expected to engage respectfully and

constructively. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session and

potential account termination without refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms, including Payment Plan terms, at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the

platform or continuation of payments under a Payment Plan constitutes acceptance of the updated

Terms.

By purchasing a membership, ticket, or enrolling in a payment plan and using our platform, you

acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you have any questions
